WSD CHEMICAL’s PVC processing aids are high-molecular-weight acrylic copolymer additives engineered to optimize the melt rheology and processing behavior of polyvinyl chloride during high-temperature manufacturing. Pure PVC resin inherently suffers from slow fusion, uneven plasticization, low melt strength and poor extensibility, which often lead to unstable extrusion, rough surfaces, bubbling and sagging in foamed products. Our processing aids act as efficient fusion promoters, transferring shear energy from the processing equipment to the PVC particles, speeding up uniform melting and forming a continuous, strong melt phase.

Our core product portfolio covers two major functional categories with multiple tailored grades: general-purpose processing aids such as ACR-401, ACR-530 ，ACR-90 and PA20, designed to accelerate plasticization, raise melt strength, improve shape retention and enhance finished product surface gloss, making them ideal for profiles, pipes and sheets. Lubricating processing aids such as ACR-175 feature partial external lubrication performance, which effectively reduces processing torque, minimizes die buildup and prevents melt sticking to metal surfaces, perfectly suited for high-speed extrusion, calendering and thin-wall product production. Each grade is strictly controlled for molecular weight distribution and particle size to ensure consistent performance across different production batches.

These processing aids are widely used in UPVC pipes, door and window profiles, foamed boards, wall panels, transparent sheets, vinyl flooring and injection-molded fittings. They help manufacturers shorten plasticization time, boost line speed, reduce waste rate and produce dimensionally stable, smooth-surfaced finished parts. All products are free-flowing white powders, packed in 25kg moisture-proof bags and stored in cool, dry, ventilated warehouses with a 24-month shelf life.
